When sending notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel through our mobile app Bookora Calendar, you must not create or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service or these Restrictions.

Please ensure that all messages comply with the restrictions listed in this article to maintain a professional standard and avoid potential problems.

Any content that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the message recipient.

Content that is harmful, unwanted, inappropriate, or objectionable, as determined by Bookora.

Content that is misleading, false, or inaccurate.

Communications that are hateful, abusive, or exploitative, including those originating from hate groups.

Content that could endanger public safety.

Any messages that involve fraudulent content.

Content such as malware or viruses.

Messages related to cannabis are not allowed in the United States due to federal laws prohibiting its sale.

Offers for prescription medication that cannot legally be sold over-the-counter in the United States.

Any content intentionally designed to bypass unwanted messaging detection and prevention mechanisms.

Any content that constitutes harassment, exploitation, or abuse.

Transmitting messages used for security testing, including phishing and similar attacks.

Activities that violate laws, regulations, governmental orders, or industry standards.

Creating false identities or misleading others about the identity of the sender or origin of communications.

Sending content specifically designed to evade unwanted messaging detection mechanisms.
