Activity Log
Activity Log is a chronological feed of the important events on your account. Each entry shows an icon, a short message, and a relative timestamp like Just now, 2 hours ago, or Yesterday. Tap an entry to jump to the related appointment or client.
How to get there
Section titled “How to get there”Home tab > Activity tile, or scroll the Home screen to the recent-activity feed at the bottom.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- See the most recent events first.
- Tap an entry to jump to the related appointment or client.
- Swipe an entry to delete it from the feed.
- Filter by date range.
- Pull to refresh.
- See an unread indicator on new entries that clears once you view the activity.
What’s tracked
Section titled “What’s tracked”- Booking confirmed — a booking was accepted.
- Booking canceled — a booking was canceled.
- New booking client — a new client booked through your online booking page.
Browse the feed
Section titled “Browse the feed”- Open
Activity. The most recent entries are at the top. - Scroll down to load more — the list pages automatically as you reach the end.
- Tap an entry to open a bottom sheet with a context button:
- For a booking event:
View Appointmentopens the event details. - For a new client:
View Clientopens the client profile.
- For a booking event:
Filter by date
Section titled “Filter by date”- Tap the filter icon in the header.
- Pick a date range. The filter icon stays highlighted while a filter is active.
- Tap
Cancelin the bar that appears under the header to clear the filter.
Limits and things to know
Section titled “Limits and things to know”- The three activity types above are everything that’s tracked — there’s no setting to add or remove types.
- Relative timestamps are used within the last 7 days. After that the entry shows a formatted date in your regional date format.
- Date filters accept any range you pick.
- You can’t manually mark an entry as read or unread.
- Swipe an entry in the list to delete it. Deletion is permanent — the entry won’t come back on refresh.
- You can’t search by keyword.
- You can’t filter by type, only by date.
- There’s no export option.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”No Activity Yet. Expected for new accounts. Entries appear as you start receiving bookings and adding clients.Something went wrong. TapRetry. Usually a temporary network issue.Activity not foundappears after tapping a push notification. The linked appointment or client has been deleted.- Entries are out of date. Pull down to refresh.
- The filter icon is highlighted and I can’t remember what I filtered. Tap
Cancelin the bar under the header to clear the filter.
