Services

Services are the offerings you sell — haircut, massage, fitness session, consultation, and so on. Each service has a name, duration, price, color, and category. Services drive your booking page, the appointment form, and the consumable usage calculator.

Home tab > Services tile.

  • Add, edit, and delete services.
  • Group services into one of the predefined categories.
  • Pick a color so the service stands out on your calendar.
  • Toggle whether a service is bookable online.
  • Toggle whether the price is shown on your booking page.
  • Search by name or category.

The price you enter on an appointment is remembered per client: the next time you book the same client for the same service, that price is pre-filled. The values on the service itself are used as defaults when there’s no prior appointment for that client.

  1. Tap the + floating button to Add Service.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Name — 2 to 100 characters (required).
    • Category — pick from the predefined list (see below).
    • Duration — 1 to 720 minutes (default 60).
    • Price — optional decimal, up to 2 decimal places. Leave blank for services you quote case-by-case.
    • Color — pick from the available palette. Used on event cards on your calendar.
    • Allow online booking — default ON.
    • Show price to clients — default ON.
  3. Tap Create Service. The list updates immediately.
  • To edit, tap a service in the list and tap Edit Service.
  • To delete, swipe left on the row, or use the delete action on the details screen.

Pick the closest match from the predefined list:

Hair, Nail, Facial, Body, Massage, Makeup, Eyebrow & Eyelash, Waxing, Spa, Tattoo, Medical, Barber, Tanning, Dental, Fitness, Nutrition, Psychotherapy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Aesthetics, Microblading/PMU, Laser Therapy, Hair Extensions, Coloring Treatment, Other.

If none fits, choose Other.

Hide a service or its price from the booking page

To hide either the service itself or just its price from the public booking page, open the service in the list and tap Edit Service. Toggle Allow online booking OFF to remove the service from the booking page entirely, or toggle Show price to clients OFF to keep the service bookable but hide its price. Prices hidden from the booking page still appear in the app and on receipts.

If you offer the same service in different durations (for example, 60-minute standard and 120-minute extended), the simplest approach is to create a separate service (Extended session) with its own duration and price. Another option is to add multiple services to a single appointment so prices add up.

  • Service name is 2 to 100 characters.
  • Duration is 1 to 720 minutes (12 hours max).
  • Price accepts up to 2 decimal places.
  • You can’t reorder services within a category — they’re sorted automatically.
  • You can’t upload service photos or rich descriptions.
  • You can’t set different prices for the same service at different addresses.
  • You can’t bulk-edit or duplicate services.
  • Service-specific working hours aren’t supported; availability follows your global working hours.
  • Deleting a service does not delete past appointments that used it. Those appointments keep their service info and your revenue stays intact.
  • Name is required / Name must be at least 2 characters / Name cannot exceed 100 characters. Adjust the name.
  • Duration must be greater than 0 / Duration cannot exceed 720 minutes. Keep duration between 1 and 720.
  • Please enter a valid price with max 2 decimal places. For example, 99.99 is valid; 99.999 is not.
  • The service doesn’t appear on my booking page. Check that Allow online booking is ON, the service has a valid duration, you have at least one address with Allow booking at this address ON, and you have working hours set for upcoming days.
  • The price isn’t shown to clients on my booking page. Open the service and turn Show price to clients ON.
  • The price pre-filled for a client looks wrong. Pre-filled prices come from your last appointment with that client for the same service. To change it, edit the price on the next appointment — that becomes the new pre-fill.
