Booking Settings

The Online Booking settings page is where you control the rules clients see when they book: how far in advance, how much notice you need, what slot intervals to offer, and your cancellation policy.

Home tab > Online Booking tile (or Settings > Online Booking). Most settings only become editable once Enable Online Booking is on.

  • Set how many days ahead clients can book.
  • Set the minimum notice you need before an appointment.
  • Choose how slot times are presented.
  • Add a link to your cancellation policy.
  • Mark which services and which addresses are available for online booking.

The page is a stack of cards:

  1. Enable Online Booking — the master switch. Premium-gated.
  2. Required Information — three rows: Services, Contact Information, Business Location. Tap each to confirm or fill in the requirement. Services is required; the others are recommended.
  3. Share Your Booking Link — see Online Booking.
  4. Booking Availability:
    • Tap For the next N days to scroll a wheel between 1 and 90 days.
    • Or tap Until [date] to set a custom end date with a date picker.
    • Pick advance notice: After tomorrow, Tomorrow, Immediately, 1h notice, 2h, 3h, or 4h.
  5. Booking Behavior:
    • Time slot interval: Use service duration (default) or 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 minutes.
    • Mode toggle: Flexible or Adjacent.
  6. Cancellation Policy — paste an HTTPS URL. A preview icon opens it in your browser; a clear icon empties the field.
  7. Save Changes at the bottom — only enabled when there are unsaved valid changes.
  • For the next N days lets clients book any open slot from now up to N days in the future. The slider goes from 1 to 90 days.
  • Until [date] sets a hard cutoff: bookings can’t happen after this date. Useful when you’re shutting down for a planned period.

Advance notice is how soon before an appointment a booking is still allowed:

  • After tomorrow — clients can only book starting the day after tomorrow.
  • Tomorrow — clients can only book starting tomorrow.
  • Immediately — same-day booking is allowed.
  • 1h notice, 2h, 3h, 4h — same-day booking is allowed as long as the slot is at least that many hours away.
  • Use service duration (default) — each service’s own duration drives the slot grid. If your services have very different lengths, the available times will look uneven.
  • A fixed interval (15, 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 minutes) — produces a uniform grid regardless of service length.

The mode toggle controls placement:

  • Flexible — clients can pick any open slot.
  • Adjacent — clients are offered slots next to existing bookings on days that already have appointments, keeping your schedule compact.

Paste a public URL to your cancellation policy. It must start with https://. The clear icon empties the field if you change your mind. The URL is shown to clients before they confirm the booking, so they see your terms up front.

  • Booking window: 1–90 days.
  • Advance notice: Immediately through 4h.
  • The cancellation policy URL must start with https://. Plain http:// is rejected.
  • You can’t set per-service rules — for example, a shorter notice for one service. All rules apply globally.
  • You can’t cap daily or weekly booking counts.
  • You can’t preview the public booking page from inside the settings panel — open the share link from Share Your Booking Link to see it.
  • Some settings only take effect after you tap Save Changes.
  • Save Changes is disabled. Either you haven’t made changes, or the cancellation URL is invalid. Check the message under each field.
  • The cancellation policy field shows Enter a valid URL starting with https://. The URL must literally begin with https://. To clear the field, tap the clear icon.
  • The advance-notice list shows options from After tomorrow through 4h. That’s the full available range.
  • The Use service duration interval produces weird gaps between slots. Each service’s own duration drives the grid, so services of different lengths create uneven gaps. Switch to a fixed interval (for example, 30 minutes) for a uniform grid.
  • The booking page shows no slots. Verify working hours exist for upcoming dates, at least one service has Allow online booking ON, and advance notice hasn’t excluded all the visible days. See Online Booking.
  • Booking turned off without me doing it. Your premium subscription expired. Renew to re-enable. See Subscription.
