Addresses

Addresses are the physical locations where you provide service — a salon, a studio, a client’s home. You can save several, mark one as the default for new appointments, and choose which are visible to clients on your online booking page.

Home tab > Addresses tile, or via the Required Information section on the Online Booking settings page.

  • Save as many addresses as you need.
  • Mark one address as the default for new appointments.
  • Mark each address as bookable online or keep it internal.
  • Edit or delete addresses.
  • Search by name or address text.
  1. Tap the + button.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name — your short internal label (for example, Main Salon, Client Home). Required. Only you see it — it isn’t shown to clients.
    • Address — the full address text shown to clients on your booking page. Multi-line, minimum 3 characters. Required. You can paste a map link (Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc.) anywhere in this field — it will appear as a tappable link on the booking page so clients can open directions.
    • Allow booking at this address — turn ON to show this address on your booking page.
    • Default for new appointments — turn ON to auto-fill this address on new appointments. Only one address can be the default; setting a new one clears the previous default.
  3. Tap Save Changes.
  • To edit, tap the address row.
  • To delete, swipe left and confirm.
  • The name is required and is for your reference only — clients never see it. Pick something short so it fits as a tag in the appointment editor.
  • The address text is what clients see on your booking page. It must be at least 3 characters.
  • URLs inside the address text are rendered as tappable links on the booking page, so pasting a Google Maps / Apple Maps / Yandex Maps link is the recommended way to give clients directions.
  • Only one address can be marked as the default.
  • The first bookable address appears at the top of your public booking page.
  • Addresses are plain text. There’s no built-in autocomplete or place lookup, no GPS coordinates, no embedded map view, and no images.
  • You can’t set per-address working hours.
  • You can’t link specific services to specific addresses.
  • Addresses are not reorderable — they appear in the order they were created.
  • Name is required. Fill in the name field.
  • Address must be at least 3 characters. Provide at least 3 characters of address text.
  • Two addresses both show as Default. Refresh the screen — the latest save wins. If it persists, edit one of them and turn off Default for new appointments.
  • My booking page won’t let clients pick a location. Either no address has Allow booking at this address ON, or booking settings haven’t refreshed. Turn the flag on, save, and try again.
  • New appointments have no default address. No address is marked as the default. Mark one in Addresses.
  • Address doesn’t show on my booking page. Open the address and confirm Allow booking at this address is ON.
