Statistics

Statistics is your business dashboard. It shows revenue, expenses, client behavior, booking activity, and service popularity for any date range you pick.

Home tab > Statistics tile.

  • See earnings (completed and paid bookings) and expected income (future bookings).
  • See expenses from consumables you’ve used.
  • See your top clients by appointment count in the period.
  • See a chart of bookings over time, split into online and manual.
  • See a pie chart of your top services as a percentage of all bookings.
  • See your rebooking rate and time utilization.
  • See the number of online bookings and new clients in the period.
  • Drill into a specific client’s stats.
  1. Open Statistics.
  2. The page opens on This Month by default.
  3. Tap a horizontal chip to change the range: Today, This Week, This Month, Last 30 Days, Custom Range.
  4. Custom Range opens a date picker. Pick start and end, and the page reloads.
  • An earnings card and an expenses card sit at the top.
  • A revenue progress bar shows earned versus expected income.
  • A 2×2 grid shows online booking count, new client count, rebooking rate, and time utilization.
  • Top Clients lists the top clients by visit count. The list shows the top few initially with a Show more option to expand. Tap a row to drill into per-client stats.
  • A line chart shows manual vs. online bookings over the period.
  • A pie chart shows your top services as percentages.

The Statistics page is the only place where attendance and payment can be marked — these can’t be toggled from the appointment details or edit screens.

By default every appointment counts as paid and attended in your statistics, so you only need to flag the exceptions. When at least one past appointment is missing a decision, the Refine your statistics banner appears at the top of the Statistics page.

  1. Tap the Refine your statistics banner.
  2. A dedicated screen lists each past appointment that still needs a decision.
  3. For each appointment, toggle attendance and payment as appropriate.
  4. Statistics totals update once you’re done.
  • Revenue counts only completed appointments: the time has passed, the appointment is not deleted, and the appointment is marked as paid and attended (the default). The price field on each appointment is summed.
  • Expected income counts future bookings whose time has not yet come.
  • Expenses are the cost of consumables used in the period.
  • Booking activity is split into manual (entered by you) and online (booked through your link). The line chart buckets the period into evenly spaced points; longer ranges combine more days per point.
  • Service popularity is shown as percentages across your top services for the period.
  • Top clients shows the busiest clients first; tap Show more to expand the list. Tap any client row to drill into per-client stats, including their attendance history for the period.
  • Time utilization is the share of your scheduled working hours that were actually booked. If you book appointments outside working hours, this can go above 100% — fix your working hours for an accurate reading.
  • Statistics use your local timezone. A wrong timezone can shift date boundaries.
  • The currency follows your regional setting. Change it in Settings > Regional Preferences > Currency.
  • You can pick any date range with the custom picker.
  • Pull to refresh to force a re-fetch.
  • You can’t export charts to CSV or PDF.
  • You can’t compare two date ranges side-by-side.
  • You can’t filter the main dashboard by service, location, or client — only by date range.
  • You can’t customize the dashboard layout.
  • Consumable spending appears only as a total. There’s no per-item breakdown inside Statistics — see the Consumables page for the per-item view.
  • Error loading statistics. Tap Try Again. If it keeps failing, contact support via Support Chat.
  • The line chart says No booking data available. No appointments fall in the selected range. Pick a wider range or create some appointments first.
  • Top Clients is empty. No completed appointments yet for the range.
  • Numbers seem off. The Refine your statistics banner appears when some appointments lack a paid or attended decision. Tap it to fill them in.
  • The currency symbol is wrong. Change it in Settings > Regional Preferences > Currency. Reopen Statistics or pull to refresh.
  • Time utilization is over 100%. You scheduled appointments outside your working hours. Either accept it as overtime or expand your working hours.
  • Revenue is lower than expected. Recently deleted appointments are excluded from statistics — delete only what you really mean to remove.
  • Statistics time out or return empty for a large date range. Very wide ranges can take longer to load. Pick a narrower range.
