4. Online Booking Feature
Section titled “4. Online Booking Feature”The website provides personal and team booking pages that allow users to schedule appointments with specialists. A team page may let you choose a specialist and then continue to that person’s separate booking page. By using the feature, you agree that information you submit, including your name, phone number, comments, and appointment details, will be shared with the selected specialist and may also be accessible to the team owner who administers that specialist’s Bookora account.
Specialists and team owners manage the services, prices, profile information, addresses, and available time slots shown on their pages. Bookora does not endorse a listed provider and is not a party to the appointment or transaction between you and the provider. You are responsible for checking that the provider, service, price, location, and appointment details are suitable before confirming.
5. User-Generated Content
Section titled “5. User-Generated Content”You are responsible for all content you create or transmit through the website. You must not create or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise violates these terms. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates our policies.
6. Data Privacy and Security
Section titled “6. Data Privacy and Security”We handle personal data as described in our Website Privacy Policy. Merely using the website does not mean that you consent to optional browser diagnostics; those run only if you make that choice through the cookie banner.
7. Limitation of Liability

We will give at least 14 days’ notice before a material change takes effect where we have your contact details, unless a shorter period is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a feature that must be withdrawn promptly. Clarifications and other non-material changes may take effect on publication. Changes apply prospectively; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Entire Agreement
Section titled “13. Entire Agreement”These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bookora with respect to the website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Bookora.
