Online Booking

Online Booking lets clients request appointments through your booking link instead of contacting you manually for every booking.

You manage it from Home > Booking in the Bookora app.

With Online Booking, you can:

  • Share a personal booking link with clients
  • Choose which services are available for online booking
  • Choose which business locations can be booked
  • Control when clients are allowed to book
  • Review incoming booking requests in your calendar
  • Accept or decline requests from the appointment details screen

To get the best results, make sure you have:

  • At least one service that is enabled for online booking
  • At least one address that allows booking
  • Your contact details filled in under Personal Details

Services are the main requirement. Contact details and business location are strongly recommended so clients have a complete booking experience.

Open Home > Booking and turn on Enable Online Booking.

From the same area, you can review your setup, access the related screens, and manage your booking options.

The main areas involved are:

  • Home > Booking for your booking link, availability, and booking preferences
  • Home > Services for choosing which services clients can book
  • Home > Addresses for choosing where clients can book appointments
  • Home > Notifications for templates, sending options, and notification activity

From the Online Booking page, you can decide:

  • How far in advance clients can book
  • How soon before an appointment clients are allowed to book
  • How time slots are shown
  • How bookings fit around your existing schedule

Bookora offers two booking styles:

  • Flexible: clients can choose any available time you have open
  • Adjacent: clients can only book next to existing appointments on days that already have bookings

This gives you a choice between maximum flexibility and a more compact schedule.

When your booking link is available, you can share it directly from the Online Booking page.

You can:

  • Copy the booking link
  • Share it through another app
  • Edit the message you send with the link

This makes it easy to send clients straight to your booking page.

When a client books through your link, the request appears in your calendar.

Online bookings are marked in the appointment details so you can quickly recognize them. If the request is still waiting for your decision, you can open the appointment and choose Accept or Decline.

This gives you a chance to review each request before confirming it.

Bookora can help you manage messages related to online bookings.

In Home > Notifications, you can:

  • Review notification activity
  • Check pending notifications
  • Edit notification templates
  • Use supported delivery options such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or manual sending

If notifications are enabled for a client, you may also see the option to notify them when you accept or decline a booking request.

  • Turning Online Booking on does not automatically make every service or address bookable. You still choose those separately.
  • If your setup looks incomplete, check the Booking Information section on the Online Booking page.
  • Some booking settings do not apply until you tap Save Changes.
  • Online Booking helps you manage requests from the app, while clients complete the booking from your shared booking page.
